In 1986 an agreement for technical collaboration was signed with one of the leading manufacturers of sealants in Japan, Hitachi Kasaei Polymer Co Ltd.In 1996 another agreement for technical collaboration was signed with Vagnone & Boeri s.r.l. of Italy, for technical know-how for Sealants & underbody coatings.
In 2001, the company was ISO certified (IS 9001) & continued to maintain ISO certification till date (ISO 9001: 2008).
In 2009, a new production facility was started at Rabale (Navi Mumbai) to meet the growing demand of its products from Auto OEMs.This unit is also ISO 9001: 2008 certified.
